When you purchase from Gloria Creations, you are guaranteed 100% satisfaction. We promise our customers high quality products they will love in our careful selection of product offerings as well as after sale service that exceeds industry standards.

We allow a return window of 14 days upon receipt (the day the shipping tracking shows delivered) If you change your mind for any reasons and no longer need the product(s) you are entitled to return it(them). In order to receive any refund, you must return all parts of the product, including forms, bonus materials, and original packaging from the factory. The item must be received in “like new” condition, undamaged during transit (this can be done by returning the item just as you first received it from us; with proper shipping materials and box). Failure to do so will result in no refund. You will bear the shipping back to us and we will in turn bear the initial shipping cost to you by refunding the order in full with no restocking fees.

If you receive a damaged product(s) or different than ordered product(s) immediately notify us so that we can provide you with a prepaid return label for refund or replacement.
